The Harris Federation invites applications for Assistant Principal for Vocational Programmes to lead strategic and operational development of Business Studies and related programmes across multiple Harris academies in London.
You will drive improvements, mentor staff, and collaborate with Quadrant Leaders and Executive Principal to deliver high-quality vocational education and numeracy/literacy initiatives across the Quadrant.
We are looking for an outstanding leader to join us as Assistant Principal. You will be responsible for Vocational Programmes in the strategic and operational management and development of Business Studies and Vocational Programmes across the Quadrant and ensuring the achievement of our ethos, aims and objectives.
