Astrea Academy Dearne is seeking an Assistant Principal: English to lead teaching and learning and drive rapid school improvement.

This permanent, full-time post on Leadership scale 11-15 offers 32.5 hours per week, with a January 2027 start and a salary of £70,407 to £77,554 per year.

The appointee will work to raise standards, mentor staff, and secure excellent outcomes for all pupils.
