Job summary

All Saints Catholic College in Huddersfield seeks an exceptional leader to join our senior team as Assistant Principal – Behaviour & Attendance, Careers and Rewards from Easter 2027 or sooner. You will drive high standards of conduct, improve attendance, coordinate rewards and shape an ambitious careers programme.

Working with the Principal and Vice Principal, you will develop strategies, monitor data and foster a positive, inclusive culture where every student can thrive and progress.

Qualifications

• Outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven record of raising standards.
• Successful middle or senior leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of behaviour management, attendance improvement and student engagement.
• Vision and drive to develop innovative reward systems and careers provision.
• Ability to inspire staff, students and families through exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Committed to ensuring every young person achieves their full potential and to Catholic education.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for behaviour and attendance across the school.
• Lead and develop systems that promote excellence in conduct and punctuality.
• Oversee rewards and celebration of student achievement.
• Lead the development and delivery of an outstanding Careers programme.
• Monitor and report on behaviour and attendance data to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with pastoral, curriculum leaders, families and external agencies.
