Job summary

Safran Gloucester site seeks an Assistant Principal Analysis Engineer to mentor engineers, lead analytical efforts and advance testing and simulation methods. The role focuses on aerospace landing gear and systems, requiring strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

You will be involved in delivering robust analysis solutions, maintaining high standards in regulatory compliance, and engaging with a global Safran community to drive excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HNC/HND level, but ideally BSc/MSc, in an engineering discipline.
• Experience with recognised FEA software tools.
• Classical Static and Fatigue analysis experience.
• Experience with physical testing planning and designing.
• Ability to propose efficient pragmatic solutions to analytical problems.
• Ability to interpret data and events and look for appropriate solutions.
