Job summary

Archway Learning Trust in Nottingham seeks an Assistant Principal who will model the academy’s values, vision and leadership expectations, uphold Trust policies and systems with fidelity, and promote a culture of excellence, inclusion, equity and ambition.

You will build leadership capacity, provide constructive challenge where practice falls short, and contribute actively to academy and Trust networks, working groups and strategic development as part of a forward-looking leadership team.
