Job summary

King's Academy Binfield is seeking an ambitious Assistant Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team from February 2027, leading allocated portfolio areas such as Quality of Education, Pastoral & Culture, Curriculum or Standards. You will drive school-wide improvement, support middle leaders, analyse data, uphold safeguarding, and contribute to whole-school policy and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic leadership experience at senior level.
• Proven ability to line-manage and coach middle leaders.

King's Academy Binfield is seeking to appoint a passionate, dynamic and innovative Assistant Principal to join our ambitious Senior Leadership Team and growing academy community from February 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to strategically lead, manage, and inspire across key academy areas as a member of the Senior Leadership Team within a forward-thinking all-through school. As Assistant Principal, you will hold responsible strategic leadership for allocated portfolio areas across the academy (e.g. Quality of Education, Pastoral & Culture, Curriculum, or Standards), ensuring high-quality education, continuous improvement, and student wellbeing at King's Academy Binfield. You will work alongside the Executive Principal and Vice Principals to drive school-wide priorities, leading teams across the academy in delivering exceptional standards, fostering an inclusive culture, and securing outstanding outcomes for all students. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future strategic direction of the academy.
