Job summary

Willow Primary School, part of Exceed Learning Partnership Trust, is seeking an Assistant Principal on the Leadership Team. This hybrid, permanent post of 32.5 hours per week combines Inclusion and SEND leadership with a Key Stage 1 teaching commitment.

You will mentor teaching staff, shape the curriculum with the Executive Headteacher and Head of School, and contribute to strategic leadership and daily management while supporting a broader vision across a ten-academy trust.

Core work covers shaping the curriculum, mentoring teaching staff and securing strong outcomes for pupils, carried out alongside the Executive Headteacher and Head of School. It is a hybrid, permanent post of 32.5 hours, with scope to build a career across a ten-academy trust. An enhanced DBS with a children's barred list check is required.
