Job summary

Locala Health and Wellbeing is recruiting an Assistant Practitioner for Home Enteral Nutrition (HEN) Band 4. This permanent, full-time post is 37.5 hours per week and based in the South Kirklees/Huddersfield area, aligned with NHS Agenda for Change standards.

You will work within a supportive team delivering enteral nutrition care, with opportunities for professional development and flexible working where service needs allow.
