A leading healthcare provider in Rotherham is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Practitioner to join their Vascular Access Team. This role involves assisting in intravenous access procedures, including cannulation and phlebotomy. Candidates should have relevant qualifications in health care and experience in a vascular access setting. The position is 32 hours per week and provides an opportunity for professional growth and development.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our nationally recognised and respected Vascular Access Team at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. The Vascular Access Team is a specialist nursing team that includes Clinical Nurse Specialists, Assistant Practitioners and Clinical Support Workers.
We are looking to strengthen our team further and are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work as an Assistant Practitioner. Within this busy clinical service, you will assist in providing specialist assessment and support for people requiring insertion and care of intravenous access devices. The individual will also be responsible for ultrasound guided cannulation and phlebotomy.
This role is 32 hours per week.
