ICRAS (Integrated Reablement and Assessment Service) within Central and South Liverpool is a unique service providing a rapid responsive approach to support hospital admission avoidance and early hospital discharges from a care transfer hub perspective.
We’re looking for therapy assistants to join our multidisciplinary teams across Central and South Liverpool. If you’re motivated, with therapy experience, a passion to be part of this service, and share our aim for perfect care, we’d like to hear from you.
The role can involve working across ICRAS supporting our rehabilitation hubs, care transfer hub and community, which will enable you to develop skills and flourish within your career.
