Assistant Practitioner - Band 4 (£29,116 - £31,670)

Location: South Angus – Bruce House

Number of Posts: 2 Full-time, permanent positions

Introduction

We have exciting opportunities within the South Angus Community Mental Health Team and are seeking two Assistant Practitioners. Join us to work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care, supporting service users to maintain wellness within the community.

Job Details
  • Based at Bruce House, Arbroath
  • One post focuses on collaboration with service users and families to provide support as an alternative to hospital admission, including attendance at General Adult Psychiatry wards at Carseview Hospital and post-discharge care planning.
  • The other post involves providing care and treatment to service users with various mental health needs in South Angus.
  • Both roles require weekend work on a rotational basis as part of the CMHT Enhanced Weekend Service.
About the Service

These positions are part of the Integrated Community Mental Health Service, within the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have broad experience working with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties and be dedicated to improving health outcomes.
