The practice offers a wide range of NHS and specialist private treatments including Facial Aesthetics, Dentures, Teeth Whitening, Implants & Invisalign with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further

Salary up to £32k depending on experience

As an Assistant Practice Manager, you’ll be supporting the Practice Manager with:

Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
