As we evolve into a modern, customer-led, digitally focused brand, we're looking for an experienced Assistant PR & Influencer Manager to help shape and deliver the stories that put us at the heart of the conversation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven PR professional with previous experience in consumer communications and influencer marketing—ideally within retail, wellness, beauty, or food.

Role

You'll play a key role in delivering integrated PR and influencer campaigns that support major business transformation projects. Working closely with our Senior PR Manager and agency partners, you'll:

• Execute high-impact PR and influencer strategies that drive brand reach and relevance
• Build strong relationships with media and creators across wellness, beauty, food, and lifestyle
• Identify and partner with influencers and journalists who align with our brand purpose
• Craft press materials, manage press office operations, and respond to media enquiries
• Lead campaign activations and support with events and content creation
• Analyse campaign performance and present clear insights and results to stakeholders

Location: Based in Nuneaton (CV10 7RH) but can also be based from our Central London Hub. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.

The Person

We're looking for a confident, collaborative communicator who knows how to bring brand stories to life and influence through earned and paid media. You'll have:

• A proven track record in consumer PR and influencer marketing
• Hands-on experience in managing both earned and paid creator campaigns
• Strong media contacts and the ability to spot rising influencer talent
• A creative yet data-informed mindset, comfortable using insights to guide decisions
• Knowledge of creator management platforms (e.g., Companion or Creator IQ) is a bonus
• A passion for health, wellness, and emerging social trends
