Job description

This well established, successful investment management firm in Mayfair is looking for a Client Services Executive to support two Portfolio Managers with comprehensive support. The role would suit someone with a couple of years experience within financial services, support Portfolio Managers or similar, wanting to progress their career within finance. The role will involve:

Communicating with external service providers

Processing client payments

Assisting in the co-ordination of new assets being transferred into client accounts

Co-ordination of credit documentation and requirements for mortgage

Answering ad-hoc queries from clients and their external advisers

Collating Annual Suitability Review documentation/requirements prior to client meetings

Ensuring client files are up to date and compliant

Initiating various processes through the workflow system

Instructing changes to client and portfolio static data

Subject matter expert in all items related to client administration

Completion of simple IRS tax forms

Providing guidance to junior members of staff

The criteria required for the position is:

2 years'+ experience working with Ultra High Net Worth clients within a Private Banking or Wealth Management environment

Experience of onboarding complex corporate and trust structures for private clients

Knowledge of planning products – desired but not essential

Commitment to excellence with high levels of data accuracy/a focus on attention to detail

Experience of mentoring junior members of staff

Exceptional communication skills at all levels with the ability to manage relationships both internally and externally

Extremely well organised with the ability to handle high levels of pressure whilst supporting critical decision-making.

High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance.

Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.
