Assistant Planning Manager - Surrey

We have an opportunity for an Assistant Planning Manager to join an award-winning developer based in Surrey.

You will be joining an established team, focusing on innovative residential developments of varying sizes across the South East of England. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and skill development, as you will be involved in every stage of the planning process with full support from the team. You will work closely with the Head of Land and Planning and the wider team, with mentorship towards Chartership with the RTPI.

The role emphasizes high-quality developments and offers the chance to explore land buying and management, providing opportunities to diversify your skills and build a strong career in the industry.

We are seeking Town Planners with a minimum of 1 year of experience, gained in either the public or private sector. Candidates should be confident communicators and comfortable working within a team. The salary package ranges from £30,000 to £35,000, with flexibility for more senior candidates.
