Mattinson Partnership is seeking an Assistant Planner / Planner to join a growing planning and development consultancy in London. The role combines planning expertise with commercial awareness, offering progression within the property and development sector.

You will work on diverse high-profile projects, gaining exposure across the development lifecycle and collaborating with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Experience in planning, property or development, ideally within a consultancy or commercially focused environment.
• Experience working on retail and/or office-led projects.
• A solid understanding of the planning and development process.
• Strong commercial awareness and an interest in property, development and investment.
• Excellent communication, client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• A degree in Planning, Town Planning, Property, Real Estate or a related discipline.
• RTPI-accredited qualifications and/or progress towards MRTPI would be advantageous.
