You will be working alongside an experienced team of Planning professionals on a variety of projects including retail, residential, and industrial.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Support the team on a variety of Planning projects, including assisting with Planning advice, applications, and appeals
2. Researching and analysing Planning policy and decisions
3. Drafting reports, advice notes, Planning statements, and pre-application letters
4. Attending meetings and taking minutes

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Town Planning or a relevant subject, excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills, and a positive, hard-working attitude.
