Town Planner - Consultancy - London

My client is one of the leading independent expert consultancies in Planning, Development, and Regeneration in the UK, working on some of the largest, complex, and challenging development projects in central London.

Penguin Recruitment is supporting them in their search for an experienced Planner to join their busy team!

The company has a proven track record of delivering high-profile planning consents and is currently advising on more than 500 large projects, ranging from small-scale instructions to large, complex masterplanning proposals across all sectors, including heritage, tall buildings, city, and urban regeneration.

The team has specialist expertise in advising on planning strategies, preparing planning application submissions, and negotiations through the approvals process. This dynamic, diverse, and ambitious team of over 90 Planning specialists is seeking an addition to their London office.

Candidate Requirements
  • RTPI Accredited Degree in Town Planning or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrable previous experience in a Town Planning Consultancy or Local Planning Authority (LPA)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in time management and handling caseloads
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a large team
