Position Overview
As an Associate Pensions Consultant, you'll be a key strategic partner within this dynamic pension team, working closely with senior consultants to deliver outstanding client solutions. Your role will be pivotal in managing complex client accounts, providing expert insights, and driving innovative pensions strategies that create tangible value for our corporate clients.
Responsibilities
* Support lead consultant in daily client account management
* Anticipate and respond to client needs with prompt service
* Maintain and develop strong corporate client relationships
* Assist in achieving revenue targets through client retention
* Conduct pension market reviews and implement pension schemes
* Provide pension governance duties, including meeting arrangements
* Manage action points from meetings and follow-ups
* Assist with employee 1:1s and onsite presentations
* Prepare communications for workplace pension schemes and benefits
* Ensure client compliance with Automatic Enrolment duties
Requirements
* Strong technical knowledge of Corporate DC pensions
* Ability to maintain industry, sector, and technical knowledge
* Strong report writing and consulting skills
* Knowledge of Group Risk and Healthcare (advantageous)
