About the Role:

As part of our Payroll Team, you'll be responsible for managing monthly payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across a large and diverse organisation. • Support and develop team members, fostering a positive working environment
  • Meet tight deadlines and SLAs with precision and attention to detail
About You:

Ideally, you'll have in house payroll experience in a large, complex organisation, but you may have experience of managing a large, outsourced payroll and be proficient in payroll legislation.

You'll also have
  • Experience of leading and developing a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation and good understanding of pensions
  • Ability to take ownership of complex issues and implement solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • System-savvy with a knack for process improvements
  • A detail-oriented, passionate payroll professional with a positive attitude and adaptability
Why Join Us?

We offer an environment where you can truly make a difference. You'll have the opportunity to shape our payroll processes, work on interesting projects, and influence change in a supportive team. In return, we offer:
  • Competitive pension contributions
  • Generous holiday allowance plus the option to purchase additional days
  • Car purchase scheme
  • Discounted rail and bus passes
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements
  • A vibrant, collaborative workplace
