An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Inpatient Neurosciences Team at Leeds General Infirmary. The post-holder will provide a high-quality administrative and patient pathway service across Neurosurgery, Spinal Surgery and Pain Management, supporting the delivery of safe, efficient and patient-centred care.

Working closely with clinical and operational teams, you will coordinate inpatient pathways, support MDT processes, maintain accurate patient records and information systems, monitor service activity, and help ensure patients progress smoothly through their care journey. You will also support service improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with Trust policies, and provide supervision and support to administrative staff where required.

This is a varied and rewarding role requiring excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a busy acute hospital environment.
