Job description

Following the introduction of HIVE, our electronic patient record system, the roles and processes for our administrative staff have changed significantly. Our consultants and some of our specialist nurses need new support to help them guide patients through our complex pathways.

We seek individuals who are eager to develop, organized, and adaptable. Good computer skills and the ability to follow rules and regulations regarding patient management are essential.

Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with colleagues across the organization are important. Comfort in talking to patients both on the phone and face-to-face is also required.
