A local educational institution in Chichester is seeking a Pastoral Support Worker to join their caring team. The role involves supporting student wellbeing, working closely with teachers and parents, and managing safeguarding concerns. Ideal candidates will have experience with young people and excellent communication skills. This is a permanent position with a salary of £27,254 FTE.
As part of the pastoral team responsible for the welfare of our pupils, you will liaise with tutors, teachers, parents and support agencies to support pupil wellbeing and behaviour and to address safeguarding and wellbeing concerns.
