Assistant Parts Manager required for Automotive Main Dealership located in Heathrow.

The salary on offer for this Assistant Parts Manager is £38,000.

Benefits:

- 42.5 Hour Week Monday To Friday
- Up To £38,000 Basic Salary + £6,000 Bonus
- Occasional Saturday Mornings Paid At x 1.5!

Specification:

- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Engaging with promotional campaigns in line with Cordwallis’ and manufacturer strategies.
- Overseeing all customer enquiries – ensuring they’ve been answered promptly with accurate parts information enlisted.
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills

Responsibilities:

- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
- Previous experience within a Parts Supervisory role.
- Sophisticated trade knowledge, and skills.
- As an Assistant Parts Manager you’ll have an influence to recruit for Parts Team Members
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
