Our client is a luxary car dealership who are looking to recruit a forward thinking, motivated and experienced Assistant Parts Manager to lead and manage a muti-branded prestige department on a daily basis, and reporting to the Parts Manager.

This is working in excellent premises representing a number of prestige manufacturer brands. Out client is looking for someone who can demonstrate being a leader of people. You will need to have a strong knowledge on Parts KPIs and processes, whilst being an excellent communicator and people person. You will be responsible for a team of five Parts Advisors plus drivers, and all of the daily functions within the department.

The department’s primarily focuses is supplying the Workshop back-counter, but also has a strong trade-counter operation including oversee’s export.

Assistant Parts Manager Role:
• To oversee the daily operations and all aspects of the Parts Department
• To implement and review plans to increase parts turnover, whilst maintaining agreed profit margins
• To provide accurate weekly forecasts on performance
• To have a customer orientated approach to running the Parts department
• To ensure routine processes are maintained ( PPI, N/STK reports, Parts Back Order status, VOR mix reports )

About You:
• To have main Dealership experience
• Ideally to have Kerridge / ADP experience
• To be able to manage effectively a multi-franchise department
• To be able to motivate and lead by example
This position would ideally suit an existing Parts Manager or Supervisor that has strong knowledge of running and overseeing a department.

Salary:Basic £36,000 with OTE £42,000

Hours:Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm with alternative Saturday on rota 1 in 4
