Salary: £30,144 per annum, plus 5% discretionary bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, mainly 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday, with some late shifts (12pm – 8pm) and weekends

Working across two purpose-built student accommodations in Leicester, the Assistant Operations Manager will be a key part of the property team, delivering excellent resident experiences, maintaining high standards, and ensuring compliance.

You will build strong relationships with your team, stakeholders, contractors, and universities, focusing on customer needs and leading by example.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing onsite departments and team cohesion
  • Leading by example with high service standards
  • Driving sales and marketing efforts
  • Supporting team in rebooking, events, compliance, safety, and welfare
  • Overseeing property appearance and safety standards
  • Contributing to property occupancy and resident retention
  • Supporting personal and team development
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations and handling queries from various departments
