Position Overview

This role offers a salary of £32,000 per annum, based on skills and experience. The position involves managing live bingo operations across online and retail channels, ensuring excellent customer service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Operations Manager in delivering a consistent customer experience throughout the Live Bingo journey.
  2. Implement and oversee the Live Bingo strategy and operational standards.
  3. Manage team performance in the absence of senior managers.
  4. Coordinate the execution of bingo features, promotions, and KPI targets.
  5. Ensure optimal staffing levels and effective live hosting, online, and retail operations.
  6. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  7. Create a safe gambling environment and ensure compliance with legal obligations.
  8. Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
  9. Manage social media channels and promotional activities.
  10. Participate in storyboard sessions and contribute to new game and feature development.
Additional Requirements
  • Flexibility in working hours due to operational needs, typically between 8 am and midnight.
  • Travel between Derby and Nottingham locations is required; a driving license is preferred.
  • Occasional visits to clubs for meetings and growth initiatives.
