We're opening a brand new Drive Thru at The Shires Retail Park in Leamington Spa, which means we are growing our family.

The ideal Deputy General Manager would have experience working in a Drive Thru and be used to working in a fast-paced QSR environment that is exposed to high-volume sales and a large team. You need to be adaptable when it comes to people and customers, and be driven to deliver great results.

AS A DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER YOU'LL BE

• Accountable and responsible for your entire store and the people within, regardless of if the General Manager is in store or not
• Developing and managing the store team, while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
• You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands-on at times which means jumping in and working on the line shoulder to shoulder with our Crew and Managers
• Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs
• Your store will need to run smoothly on the day-to-day operations and think about long term planning. You will play a part in all aspects of running a Five Guys Restaurant
• Spotting potential and developing your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline
