Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience required.

Working Monday - Friday 0800hrs - 1630hrs ( On-site) - No Hybrid - with a competitive starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum ( depending on experience)

The role of the Assistant Office Manager will assist in the day to day running of the Sales Office, responsible for managing key accounts, liaise between customers and suppliers and to oversee the office team.

Main duties to include :-
* Work with the Sales Office Manager to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
* Train / Develop new and current employees
* Recruit new employees
* Delegate work load and manage expectations
* Assist in the performance management of employees
* Building rapport and business relationships with customers, suppliers, and the business sales reps
* Processing and scheduling orders
* Ensure orders for key accounts are placed correctly as per their order
* Attend and run weekly team meetings

To be a success we are looking for applicants who have previous customer service experience, and previous assistant manager, team leader or deputy manager commercial office experience
You must be conversant when using the Microsoft Office suite have excellent communication skills , able to multi-task . In addition we are looking for individuals who are confident, works on your won initiative , positive attitude, responsible, accountable and approachable.
