We are seeking two Assistant Offer SetUp Managers to join our Loyalty team. You’ll own the end-to-end setup of loyalty offers, be the go-to technical authority on all promotional systems, lead enhancements for new propositions, define and refine operational processes, identify opportunities for automation, monitor feedback, troubleshoot operational issues, and step in for the Offer SetUp Manager as needed. You’ll have a real impact on shaping timely, flawless promotion execution and continuous improvement.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week, as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

Please note this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract / secondment.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Technical expert. Build knowledge of all offer setup systems across Food, Fashion, Home & Beauty, and Financial Services, including UK and ROI.
  • Leading on new propositions. Get involved in scoping meetings for new offer types. Understand what is asked and what is possible, or what needs further investigation or development.
  • Move trials into business-as-usual processes, when appropriate. Write the process, train the team, challenge each step for automation improvements!
  • Understand offer setup processes, identify opportunities for simplification or automation, and influence outside teams to drive improvements.
  • Troubleshooting. Support from a tech perspective when issues arise.

Who you are

  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Interest in data and managing at scale, with experience in systems such as SQL, Power BI, or coding languages preferable.
  • Experience with promotional or pricing setup systems is preferable.
  • Builds great internal and external relationships to drive smooth cross-functional working.
  • Confident in translating technical data to be understood easily by non-technical colleagues.
