Busy Bees Day Nursery are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team and contribute to the growth and success of our nurturing setting.

With an OFSTED rating GOOD, we boast three individual gardens for each age range. We have parking on site and good transport links. Swindon St Andrews has five unique rooms, all tailored for their specific age groups. Role Responsibilities

As the Assistant Nursery Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations and provide exemplary care. Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting each child's individual needs, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Establishing strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication.
• Supporting the Nursery Manager in resolving complaints and concerns promptly, and reporting to the Regional Manager.
• Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality childcare and fostering positive working relationships.
• Praising and encouraging children's development and achievements.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring health and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements: A Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Nursery Manager.
