Role Responsibilities

As the Assistant Nursery Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to oversee daily activities and provide exemplary care. Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting each child's individual needs, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
• Building strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication
• Supporting the Nursery Manager in resolving complaints and concerns promptly, reporting to the Regional Manager
• Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality childcare
• Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements
• Maintaining regulatory compliance and high standards of health and safety

Requirements: At least a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Nursery Manager
