Are you a passionate Room Leader ready for your next step? Looking for a role where you can grow, lead, and still stay hands-on with the children?

Were working with a beautiful private day nursery part of a small, supportive two-nursery group looking for an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Nursery Manager to support the daily running of the setting.

Youll work closely with a passionate Nursery Manager and take on leadership responsibilities while still being a visible, trusted presence across the rooms.?? About You:?? Whats On Offer:

• What Youll Be Doing:
• Supporting the Manager with day-to-day operations, staffing, and planning
• Leading by example to inspire best practice across the nursery
• Taking ownership of key areas such as safeguarding, quality audits, or staff development
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and your team
• Stepping up confidently in the Managers absence
• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience as a Room Leader or Third in Charge
• A natural leader with strong organisational skills
• Calm under pressure, approachable, and hands-on
• Passionate about delivering high standards of care and education
