What You'll Do As An Assistant Manager
- Support the Centre Directorin overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards
- Develop & deliveran engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to children’s needs
- Ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements and maintain health & safety standards
- Provide leadership & mentorshipto staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team
- Enhance customer satisfactionby delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive nursery experience for families
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment
- Manage operational recordsand support financial planning to ensure sustainability
Ideal Assistant Manager Candidate
- Level 3 qualification or abovein early years education
- Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as aNursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsto inspire and support your team
- Passionate about fostering children’s developmentand creating positive relationships with families
