Job Opportunity: Assistant Nursery Manager

Montessori by Busy Bees Kenton Day Nursery and Preschool, located at London Harrow HA3 9SJ, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team. We are proud to hold an Ofsted rating of GOOD. Role Responsibilities

As the Assistant Nursery Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations and provide exemplary care. Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting each child's individual needs, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
• Building strong relationships with parents and guardians through effective communication
• Supporting the Nursery Manager in resolving complaints and concerns promptly, reporting to the Regional Manager
• Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality childcare and fostering positive working relationships
• Encouraging and celebrating children's development and achievements
• Maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring health and safety standards

Minimum Requirements

To apply, you must hold at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Nursery Manager.
