• Ensure each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
• Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians
• Assist in resolving complaints and concerns, reporting to the Regional Manager
• Support, supervise, train, and appraise staff to ensure high-quality childcare
• Encourage and praise children's development and achievements
• Maintain regulatory compliance and health & safety standards

Minimum Requirements: At least Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Nursery Manager
