Qualifications

Are you passionate about early childhood development and ready to take on a leadership role? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team and contribute to the growth and success of our nurturing setting.

Role Responsibilities
  • Meet the individual needs of children, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
  • Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication
  • Assist the Nursery Manager in resolving complaints and concerns promptly, reporting to the Regional Manager
  • Support, supervise, train, and appraise staff to ensure high-quality childcare and positive working relationships
  • Encourage and celebrate children's development and achievements
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold health and safety standards

Minimum Requirements: Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Nursery Manager.
