Seaton House, St Andrews - Assistant Night Manager

40 hours per week | £30,160 per annum

Night Owl Opportunity

Do you have a strong background in front of house or reception operations but prefer working the night shift? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Assistant Night Managers.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Deputise for the Night Manager in their absence, making decisions and solving problems.
  2. Manage night audit procedures, conduct health and safety checks, perform security walks, and handle guest requests.
  3. Ensure detailed handovers are provided for incoming shifts and Duty Managers.
Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. Flexibility in working hours is required as we operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with shifts mainly during evenings and weekends.
