Role Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Night Manager to join the Front Office Team. Reporting to the Night Manager, you will oversee the property's operations during the night. A passion for excellent customer service, initiative, and strong teamwork are essential. Good communication skills and staff management experience are key. Knowledge of health, safety, and security procedures is required.

As Assistant Night Manager, your responsibility is to deliver an excellent guest experience while ensuring safety and security throughout their stay.

Main Responsibilities:

• Be present in the lobby and reception during peak times and support your team.
• Lead the reception team to ensure exceptional arrival and departure experiences, conducting regular quality checks.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff and guests, resolving and reporting issues.
• Address all guest feedback, respond to reviews, and update guest profiles.
• Ensure compliance with all financial, privacy, data security, and H&S procedures.
• Conduct property walks to identify attention points and health & safety issues.
• Follow all procedures and complete nightly tasks.
• Produce nightly reports.
