The Role

As a Merchandising Assistant in this incredibly fast-moving environment, you'll be part of the team that builds and executes a unique to George product proposition across all channels to meet our customers' needs and deliver commercial value.

Using data, you will analyse the past buying behaviours of our customers and then track and react to the current sales performance of George products in our stores.

Working closely with suppliers and alongside our Buyers, you'll agree budgets and trading plans to optimise sales and deliver stylish and affordable pieces that have the power to inspire joy and bring an unexpected smile to our customers.
