The Role

As a Merchandising Assistant in this fast-moving environment, you'll be part of the team that builds and executes a unique George product proposition across all channels to meet our customers' needs and deliver commercial value.

Using data, you will analyse past buying behaviours of our customers and track and react to current sales performance of George products in our stores.

Working closely with suppliers and alongside our Buyers, you'll agree budgets and trading plans to optimise sales and deliver stylish and affordable pieces that inspire joy and bring smiles to our customers.

What You'll Love

We balance collaboration and flexibility with a hybrid working model: a minimum of 3 days a week in our Home Offices. Additional requirements may involve more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores, or depots.
