Join a dynamic team as an Assistant Merchandiser in a leading outdoor retailer. This role focuses on ensuring that products are strategically placed in stores to meet sales and profit objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Merchandiser and Buyer, providing vital analyses and insights to drive store performance. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, leadership, and communication, you will play a key role in shaping the store strategy and enhancing trade through effective stock management. To support the team by taking responsibility for ensuring all product is in the right stores to enable the achievement of all channel departmental sales, markdown, stock, intake and profit plans. Primarily ‘Store’ focused but working with the product file.
