Position: Assistant Merchandiser

Location: Head Office, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday (Hybrid working options available)

The role involves supporting business growth by managing relationships with key partners, maximizing profit, and optimizing stock. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Planning allocation strategies aligned with stock and launch requirements.
2. Analyzing data to derive insights and make recommendations aligned with trading plans.
3. Managing relationships with key partners and stock to maximize profit.
4. Supporting markdowns, promotions, and analysis.
5. Assisting with retail estate management and weekly meetings.
6. Monitoring and optimizing stock holdings according to company strategy.
7. Supporting logistics from origin to distribution center.
8. Providing analysis and reporting to the merchandising team weekly.
