In this role, you’ll support the execution of the merchandising strategy across specific product categories, helping to deliver exceptional sales growth, optimise stock levels, and drive profitability. You'll be responsible for range planning, pricing, and stock management across both online and in-store channels, using strong analytical skills to identify commercial opportunities and trends.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Buying, Retail, Digital, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure a seamless end-to-end product journey. The role also involves proactive management of inventory, Open-to-Buy performance, and maintaining key financial targets such as sales growth, gross margin, and inventory turnover. A solid understanding of the supply chain is key, alongside experience in a multichannel retail environment.
This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a background in merchandising and a passion for retail. You’ll bring strong negotiation, influencing, and data analysis skills, and play a key role in supporting the team to drive business performance.
