About the role

The Boots UK Merchandising team works cross-functionally to deliver Customer, Commercial and Operationally led planograms. We deliver Strategic, tactical and Seasonal rebuilds to meet the ever-changing needs of our Customers and the Market Place in which we operate. The team are technical and merchandising experts who work collaboratively across our department to share learnings, best practices and continuous improvement ideas. The Salesplan and Cosmetics Merchandising Team are a group of highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for right first time delivery and supporting our business in all promotional activity.

Reporting into the Merchandising Lead, you will support the delivery of the Merchandising Promotional activity plans for specific categories that align with the overall space layout and merchandising strategy and deliver against category objectives.

  • Consistently apply merchandising standards to ensure all planograms and associated materials are commercially focused, relevant for customers and effective for stores
  • Hold cross functional meetings, anticipate and resolve problems and escalate where necessary.
  • Creation of planograms to help deliver right first time for our stores.
  • Working with our internal stakeholders to ensure all rebuild relevant information is provided on time to the critical path and accurate.
