A great opportunity for a Assistant Merchandise Planner to join a leading fashion multi-channel retailer in West Yorkshire. The company is well established and has been trading for over 30 years. They sell fashion products across clothing, accessories, footwear, and lingerie.

Job Description

• Manage the delivery schedule in line with stock and intake targets
• Work with the buying team to manage the critical path
• Maintain good working relationships with internal and external suppliers
• Identify sales/stock opportunities and threats through line reporting and analysis
• Maintain accuracy of line cards to maximise the availability of core lines
• Support the merchandiser in preparing for meetings and presentations
• Support and direct the merchandise administrator
• Deputise for the merchandiser as required

The Successful Applicant

• IT literate and confident user of Excel formulae
• Ability to work as part of a team

• Works well under pressure
