Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Merchandise Planning at the head office.
  • Understanding of WSSI, OTB, and Line Flow Management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, especially replenishment systems.

  • Manage business sales reporting and provide detailed sales commentary to management.
  • Produce markdown analysis and support OTB planning.
  • Collaborate with Global teams to ensure timely delivery of seasonal buys.

Job description

Context:

Jimmy Choo operates in 58 Outlet Stores across 12 regions. Buying is organised through Regional teams to better understand the driving forces within each market and determining new ways to maximise profitability

Key Accountabilities:

  • Update and manage business sales reporting within Jimmy Choo Apac for Outlets, producing detailed weekly sales commentary to Senior Management and the Global team.
  • Produce detailed analysis on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and end-of-season basis, providing insights into performance and key drivers
  • Produce markdown analysis and lessons learnt
  • Work with Merchandise Planner on regional strategies from a top-line and bottom-up perspective
  • Support planning of Apac OTB with ownership of smaller markets, and manage Key Item Planning
  • Working with the Global team to share knowledge of regional sales, to understand performance and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Manage intake to ensure the timely delivery of seasonal buys, liaising with the Global team
  • Sizing strategy for seasonal buys and reorders, incorporating changing market and client profile needs
  • Monthly reorders
  • Working closely with the Global and Logistics team on stock transfers

Qualification/Education

  • Graduate calibre
  • Experience Required
  • Experience in Merchandise Planning with a minimum of 3 years of experience within the head office
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong commercial, quantitative, analytical and communication skills
  • Understanding of WSSI, OTB and Line Flow Management
  • Able to build and maintain productive relationships cross-functionally
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, particularly replenishment systems
