A leading hospitality chain is hiring an Assistant Meeting & Events Operations Manager in Bristol to oversee all meetings and events. This hands-on role requires strong customer service skills and team leadership, ensuring all events run smoothly and guests' needs are met. Experience in a similar role is favorable, along with a positive attitude. Competitive pay and numerous employee perks are offered.
Rate of Pay / Hours: OTE of up to £13.70 per hour including Tronc and Retention Bonus

Taking charge of the conference area, you will oversee all Meetings and Events in the property, building relationships to cultivate repeat business and ensuring all guests' needs are met throughout the day.
Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but a smile and personality are essential. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager and Bar and Bistro Manager and also conduct Duty Manager responsibilities.
This is a hands-on role leading the events team to ensure all meetings, events, and weddings run smoothly.
