What Our Assistant Mechanics Do

Our Assistant Mechanics are essential for maintaining the top performance of our lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment. They conduct preventative maintenance and respond promptly to repairs.

An Assistant Mechanic’s Day-to-Day:

1. Prioritize safety by following Lucky Strike Entertainment and OSHA guidelines.
2. Maintain equipment to ensure optimal working condition.
3. Follow preventative maintenance programs and perform daily center maintenance as instructed.
4. Complete the Lucky Strike Entertainment Assistant Mechanic training program within the prescribed time frame.
5. Assist leadership teams and report issues promptly.
6. Identify and resolve common equipment issues.
7. Perform minor preventative maintenance.
8. Understand how to operate all bowling equipment in the center.

What It Takes

• High School Diploma with emphasis on algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (optional).
• Proven team player.
• Eagerness to continue training and advance into a Mechanic role.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or engineering fields encouraged to apply.
