This role will support the Content Marketing team to redefine how our customers experience our website through managing the development and delivery of our strategic plan, as well as the ongoing optimisation of retail site search functionality. You will work effectively with the Marketing Manager and key partners across the organisation including full funnel teams, accelerator teams, digital engagement and product teams. You’ll support to drive change, ensuring that customer experience and performance data are the main driver of our decision making, enabling us to build outstanding customer journeys across our web estates.Job Description

Strategic Planning & Marketing Expertise - Validated experience in planning and delivering multiple marketing communications briefs simultaneously, with strong prioritisation skills.
Customer-Centric Attitude - Passionate about doing the right thing for customers, with evidence of creating effective digital journeys and content that enhance customer experience.
Data-Driven Decision Making - Skilled in analysing and interpreting data using tools like Adobe Analytics, Content Square, Excel, and Power BI to inform recommendations.
Clear & Accurate Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Collaborative Collaborator Engagement - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and collaborators.
Reliable & Positive Team Player - Known for a proactive, can-do attitude, reliability, and strong organisational skills within team environments.
